Oak Meadow Woman�s Club participates in many charitable and neighborhood projects. We hold 1 fundraiser each year --- the Luminaria Sales in December. We ask that each member volunteer to participate in this fundraising event. Check the boxes for the activities that you would be interested in participating in, and thank you for making next year a success.

LUMINARIA SALE

□ Luminaria kit sales (door to door in Oak Meadow during November)
□ Sand Party (Sat. morning, Dec. 3 @ 9 am) Assemble Luminaria kits
□ Kit Distribution (Sat. morning, Dec. 3 @ 11 am) Delivery - need transportation

□ Luminary bag party November 15 @ 10 am or November 29 @ 7 pm

HOSPITALITY
□ Host a General meeting

□ Host Holiday Open House

□ Donate a cake for the cake walk

□ Bring refreshments to a meeting                 

□ Host wine-tasting event
□ Host Progressive Dinner (need 3 homes)
